Hi we are looking for Desktop Support Engineer who have following skills.. Desktop Support troubleshooting Skills required : 1. Monitor & maintain computer systems, servers, Wireless Router, networks & other peripherals (Printers, scanners, Monitors etc...) 2. Installing & configuring computer systems 3. Diagnose hardware & Networking faults 4. Configuring & maintaining Outlook 5. Troubleshooting & providing resolution to problems 6. Knowledge of Windows operating system & other general desktop support issues 7. Knowledge of Internet protocols, DNS, TCP/IP and other networking concepts 8. Knowledge of Crimping & Punching 9. Install Antivirus Server
