l Work closely with ticketing portal and timely resolve the tickets as per SLA
l Provide technical support to end users via phone, email or in-person
l Diagnose and resolve hardware, Software and network issue.
l Assist with setup, configuration and deployment of desktop, laptops, printers etc
l Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems
l Monitor and manage network connections and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
l Install, Configure and update operating system and software applications
l Ensure all workstations are regularly backed up and maintained
l Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
l Assist in the procurement and deployment of new hardware and software
l Create and maintain the documentation for end-users and IT staff
l Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role
l Should have strong knowledge of hardware and software
l Should have proficiency in operating systems such as Windows, Linux, MacOS etc
l Should have understanding o networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPN etc
l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
