Role Description
The Desktop SRE team provides the 2nd/3rd line support for the following production services: Incident, Problem, and Outage management, and Monitoring Operations for the Desktop OS, Remote Desktop, and Desktop Services platforms. The team is responsible for the end-to-end product ownership, service design, support for client and server issues, investigating service related Incidents for full RCA and remediation of VID infra related issues.
The Desktop SRE Subject Matter Expert (SME) will work as part of the Desktop Service Operations team providing 3rd line operational support for the Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Desktop & VDI Products and related applications and systems as well as supporting technologies including Ctirix, VMware, Nutanics, XenApp/XenDesktop technologies.
