Desktop Engineer
Job Description
. Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role Hands-on experience with Windows Mac OS environments Working knowledge computer, Laptop, wifi, peripherals, like printers, and scanners Knowledge of network and anti-virus programs Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems. Proven work experience as a desktop support engineer or support technician. Knowledge of Hikvision Camera, NVR, Knowledge of Email, outlook configurations . Biometric configuration . login and other settings . Job Type: Full-time Salary: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month Benefits:
