Responsibilities and duties:

• Design and create enticing animations
• Ability to extract and upload Fast Moving Content (FMC) and to make quick, creative editing decisions to produce high quality, eye-catching edited packages without a directorial supervision.
• Prepare the design plan, concept and layout for the project
• Edit raw video footages where necessary and add special effects to enhance the graphics
• Select and edit video tracks for the animation
• Edit artwork illustrations and infographics used in the animation
• Proven working experience in motion graphics, video editing, development and post-production with an impressive body of work
• Should have excellent knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Audition, Animate CC, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop)
• Ability to work with infographic artwork with speed and precision
• Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, colour, composition, layout, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word and PowerPoint
• Maintain file structure of draft/completed artwork

• Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline is required
• 4+ years of professional experience in video production and motion design
• Expert level command of the Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Premiere, and Illustrator.
• An outstanding portfolio that demonstrates proficiency in 2D animation, compositing, design, and video production and editing
• Excellent presentation skills and storytelling ability
• Ownership and accountability for work and outcomes-with a dedication to the details and the big picture-and a focus on the best outcomes
• Ability to make thoughtful decisions quickly, simplifying creative solutions wherever possible
• Excellent time management skills and an ability to organize and deliver projects on time with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
• Curiosity and willingness to explore, ideate, and experiment
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D, Adobe Premiere, Blender is an added advantage
• Chennai as the Working Location

• 5+ years\' experience in project management, ideally at either a media agency or a software company
• Previous success in managing technology projects
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Experience working with senior decision makers
• Excellent planning, organisational, and time management skills
