Job Title:

Designer (Modular Furniture)

:

Interacting with clients and gathering requirements.

Visiting sites for

measurements

and design related discussions.

Providing accurate project cost

estimations

.

Drafting/modelling approval drawings in

AutoCAD, SketchUp/ LayOut for SketchUp

.

Getting the designs approved from the clients.

Produce detailed production drawings in AutoCAD, and SketchUp/LayOut (Metal & Wood products).

Preparation of detailed project

Bill of Materials

(BOM).

Preparing

data sheets/brochures

of products in SketchUp/LayOut for SketchUp etc... for client approval.

Collaborate with other designers to provide the deliverables within deadlines.

Working on designing new products that can be added to the existing line.

Education: Bachelor's

Experience: Minimum 1 year in the field of modular furniture/product design.
