Position: Designing Officer
Reporting To: Marketing Manager
Role Purpose
Develop engaging but effective visual content for the hospital's communication channels, including websites, social media, events, and video including supporting and enabling targeted marketing campaigns to be effective.
Job Responsibilities
Develop engaging social media content (text, images, videos) relevant to the hospital's services, doctors, and healthcare topics.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
Schedule and publish content according to a pre-defined calendar
Design and make content choices to be effective in the marketing/campaign goal.
Manage end-to-end the uploading of content onto social media sites
Use Social Media tools to provide/report insights of reach, effectiveness to Senior Management
Create and update website content related to the hospital's services, doctors, patient resources, and facility information.
Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest best practices and procedures.
Design and make content choices to be effective in the marketing/campaign goal.
Manage end-to-end all uploading/updating of content onto the website and coordination with the website technical staff/agency and hosting entities.
Use Website management tools to provide/report insights of reach, effectiveness to Senior Management.
Develop creative concepts and marketing materials for events that align with the hospital's marketing goals or community outreach programs.
Collaborate with the Event Management staff/agencies to ensure effectiveness of the campaign and the achievement of campaign goals.
Writing/Reviewing scripts or project briefs to understand/focus the video's purpose to align with target audience.
Selecting and arranging video clips to create a compelling narrative sequence.
Applying appropriate editing styles and pacing to maintain audience engagement.
Ensure measurement of effectiveness of Video Content
Engage continuously with key stakeholders (Reporting Managers, Doctors, Nurses, Patients/Prospective patients, marketing agencies, technical staff, Senior management) to ensure the right understanding of the hospital's services and how they're changing as well as the changing needs of patients and Doctors.
Focus on Effectiveness of Marketing Content and Campaigns.
Be able to make appropriate choices (Content, Agencies, Creative styles, coordination/management approaches) that leverage tech trends, marketing trends, changing behaviours and preferences of key stakeholders.
Profile Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Trained in the use of graphic design editing software applications like coral draw and adobe.
Experience in content creation (text, images, videos) for social media.
Proven experience in the use of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
Strong writing, editing, and graphic design skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Passion for healthcare and a strong understanding of the industry (preferred).
Warm, friendly and approachable.
Relationship building ability.
Proactive.
Team player.
Result oriented and having a strong bias for action.
