Designer - Ethnic Wear

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Designer - Ethnic Wear with expertise in embroidery, color coordination, and fabric selection. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in women's ethnic wear and be proficient in managing sampling development and coordinating with teams and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Embroidery Expertise:

Possess in-depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary embroidery techniques.

Design and develop intricate embroidery patterns to enhance garment aesthetics.

• Color Communication:

Develop and manage harmonious color palettes aligned with brand vision.

Ensure accurate color representation in designs and samples.

• Trend Analysis:

Research and analyze current and upcoming trends in women's ethnic wear.

Apply market insights to create innovative and commercially viable designs.

• Fabric Knowledge:

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of fabric types, textures, and uses.

Collaborate with fabric vendors to source high-quality materials for collections.

• Experience in Women's Ethnic Wear:

4-5 years of hands-on experience in designing women's ethnic wear.

Proven ability to deliver designs that resonate with the target audience.

• Sampling Development:

Oversee the end-to-end sampling process, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Review and refine samples to match the intended design vision.

• Team and Vendor Coordination:

Effectively coordinate via email with internal teams for design approvals, trims selection, and sampling updates.

Communicate with fabric and trims vendors to ensure timely delivery and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's/Diploma in Fashion Design or related field.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Keen attention to detail with a creative mindset.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
