Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Designer with a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) degree to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience and a keen eye for design, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling projects.

Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with architects and senior designers to create innovative design concepts for residential, commercial, and institutional projects.

? Develop detailed architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models.

? Assist in preparing presentations, renderings, and design documentation.

? Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.

? Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure design objectives are met.

? Work closely with the construction and project management teams to implement design solutions.

? Manage project timelines and deliverables efficiently.

Key Skills:

? Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools.

? Strong understanding of architectural principles, materials, and construction methods.

? Excellent communication and presentation skills.

? Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

? Attention to detail and a passion for creativity.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:
