Job Opportunity: Senior Designer - Facade and Fenestration

Industry : Building Materials

Gender : Open to both Male and Female candidates.

Qualifications:

• Education : Engineering degree or Engineering Diploma in Civil/Mechanical

Technical Skills:

• Profound technical knowledge in the Civil and Architectural Industry
• Exceptional teamwork abilities
• Capacity to work effectively under pressure
• Strong focus on achieving company targets and goals

Field Experience:

• Expertise in the Facade industry (Construction, Engineering, Metal, Fittings, Material, etc.)
• Experience collaborating with Architects, Fabricators, Builders, and other industry professionals

Desired Candidate Profile:

Must-Have Skills :

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Orga Data, SchueCal
• In-depth knowledge of Facade Design

Key Responsibilities:

• Create concept design drawings for facade and window/door systems.
• Prepare shop drawings and fabrication drawings for projects.
• Assist architects and consultants with tender drawings and specifications.
• Conduct project estimations using Orga Data, SchueCal software, or Excel sheets.
• Compile material order lists and manufacturing lists using Excel or relevant software.
• Draft technical submissions for projects.
• Follow up on offers and technical submissions.
• Communicate with customers regarding technical matters.
• Coordinate with the R&D Department for project solutions and product development.
• Maintain job lists and provide timely reports to the department head.
• Ensure proper use of calculation software Orga Data, SchueCal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
