We are looking for an experienced Tele Caller to join our team in Ernakulam . The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales. As a Tele Caller, your role will involve making outbound calls to clients, handling customer queries, and providing information about products/services.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients or existing customers.
• Provide information regarding products, services, and offers.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Update customer information in the database accurately.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience.

Skills Required :

• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Ability to handle customer objections and inquiries professionally.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of CRM tools.
• Good listening skills and patience.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
