Job Description
- Train interns/designers/freshers in skill and early project development skills
- Support live short-term projects in Accessory/merch design etc.
- Support design education curriculum/liason with internal advisors as well as with design schools for internal designers and engineers in TVSM.
- Write QSPs and documentation for design education for further reference.
- Liason with HRBP/HRD training to complement needs and gaps in continuous design training
