Opportunity to work with one of the most reputable brands in the country Opportunity to lead the team from scratch to execution Adoption of Parametric design, Generative design, AR, VR and similar emerging technologies (incl. Unreal Engine) for group housing & plotted design to reduce TAT of design Support design of tools & processes to improve business performance & help in growing business Support design of the organization ecosystem for seamless tech integration in short & long term in a phase-wise manner Connect with thought leaders in the AEC & tech industry to take learnings from innovation across the globe Support OCM (organizational change management) digital transformation activities such as but not limited to solutions for internal (RO) stakeholders, organization design & governance to achieve the digital objectives Identify inefficiencies in the prevailing processes that can be addressed through adoption of technology and disruptively change in the way we operate Adapting to disruptive & incremental innovations to create tectonic shifts within the organization and industry Support incubation center through continued ideation at the Design Studio Create a pipeline of innovation wrt product, processes to create value of time/ cost/ quality for business The Successful Applicant Applicants should be Graduates in B. Arch or B.Tech with certificate/ diploma in Java/ C++/ C#/ Rhino/ Grasshoper/ scripting.
