:Key Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership:

o Lead the design team in conceptualizing and implementing innovative architectural and interior design solutions that meet client needs and project goals.
o Ensure designs reflect Della Group\'s commitment to excellence, sustainability, and modern design aesthetics.

• Project Management:

o Collaborate with project managers, architects, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of design concepts into project execution.
o Oversee the preparation of detailed space plans, mood boards, 3D renderings, and comprehensive presentations tailored to client preferences.

• Material and Product Sourcing:

o Research and decide on materials and product sourcing to enhance design quality and client satisfaction.

• Compliance and Regulations:

o Ensure compliance with local workspace laws and regulations throughout the design process.

• Team Collaboration and Mentorship:

o Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external consultants to deliver cohesive design solutions.
o Provide mentorship and support to junior designers and 3D visualizers, fostering their professional growth and development.

• Documentation and Preparation:

o Prepare detailed BOQ cum Quotations for projects, ensuring accuracy and transparency in cost estimations.
o Develop models, designs, and layouts for projects, ensuring finalization before execution begins.Job Expectations:Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas effectively to designers and stakeholders, influencing both internal and external parties.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to lead design projects from concept through to completion.
• Experience in supervising and developing employees within a design team environment.
• Proficiency in international branding practices and exposure to global design standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in architectural and interior design, with a focus on luxury residential, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality, innovative design solutions that exceed client expectations.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
