Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of design project management, including resources, tools, and workflows.
• Break down complex design projects into manageable tasks with clear timeframes and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, timelines, and status reports.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, updating them on project progress and addressing concerns.
• Monitor team performance, working hours, budgets, and design deliverables using project management tools.
• Draft and manage essential project documentation, including contracts and agreements.
• Conduct quality checks on design outputs to ensure compliance with client requirements and brand standards.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between designers, clients, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, preferably in the design or creative industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Familiarity with creating workflows, schedules, and action plans for design projects.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Zoho CRM or similar).
• Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance processes.
