We are an ISO certified Consulting Engineers located in and catering to major MNC and EPC in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Chemical, Petrochemical and Heavy Industries by providing Design and Engineering Services in India and Overseas.

Designation -Design Manager,

Qualification:BE/B.Tech/ME/M.tech(Mechanical Engineering,

Job Location - Chakan, Pune ,

Work Experience - 12 to 18 years in the Design Department, preferably from oil & gas Industry.

• Ensure proper functioning of detail design, detail engineering department
• To attain various meetings with clients, plant head, management
• To attain the review meeting
• Lead the team of design department with managers, Asst. managers & executives
• Adhere to compliances of Code & statutory requirements for PESO, IBR, Code stamps.
• To study technical specification and data sheet and identify the key elements
• Maintain Design plan, DCI, MDL, Registers for Inward Outward, hold up points, addition deletion, extra claim records etc.
• Pre bid Design calculations of static process Equipment's.
• To carry out thickness calculation for shell, dish end, nozzle neck, reinforcement pad of Pressure Vessel by using PVELITE as per ASME Sec. and Specific requirement if any mentioned in technical specification Of the customer
• Checking the GA drawing of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers, Columns, nozzle schedule table and Nozzle loads.
• To provide empty weight, hydro test weight and fabrication weight of the vessel for Bidding.

Pay: ?482,452.93 - ?2,026,444.05 per year
