Designation: Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Design Roles and Responsibilities: Summary - Will be responsible for managing all aspects of our design and creative output, with accountability for design output and commercial success of projects handled by the cohort. The person will ensure that the design and creative deliverables are aligned to client expectations and executed within stipulated time and budget. Requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 5+ year\xe2\x80\x99s professional experience on commercial and hospitality interiors. \xef\x82\xb7 Track record of delivering outstanding high quality design, leading teams on high profile projects. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong, persuasive communicator with excellent verbal presentation skills and ability to communicate design concepts to clients. \xef\x82\xb7 Process oriented, ambitious out-of-the-box approach with an ability to motivate team members \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent decision making and problem solving skills \xef\x82\xb7 Comprehensive and extensive knowledge of materials, costing \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding of technical drawings \xef\x82\xb7 Drafting skills - Proficient in Autocad \xef\x82\xb7 Quantity Assessment - Proficient in MS Excel \xef\x82\xb7 Photoshop, Sketchup / 3DS-Max Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Project In charge \xe2\x80\x93 Design \xef\x82\xb7 Planning of Layout, Concept Designing of Interior Fit-outs of Commercial and Residential \xef\x82\xb7 Spaces within defined timelines \xef\x82\xb7 Understanding Clients requirement, Client Engagement and Handling of Project from start to End. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordination with internal Procurement Team and Site Execution Team for Smooth Functioning of Project \xef\x82\xb7 Selection of Material Finishes to be used/applied & Approval of same from Client \xef\x82\xb7 Making of various schedules for a project like furniture, general & decorative light fixtures, carpets, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Coordination with Graphic Designers for Creation of Wallpaper Designs and other Graphic Design Elements as per Clients requirement. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Working Drawings/Technical Drawings and Co-ordination of same at site for Execution \xef\x82\xb7 Work closely with sales team, develop project brief, lead client presentations/pitches in the region and collaboratively manage design department with the design head. \xef\x82\xb7 Take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients for design discussion \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure all projects are on track And handle multiple projects at a time \xef\x82\xb7 Manage workload across the team. Be a mentor to team members by providing guidance, feedback, QA/QC, and direction on design methodologies. \xef\x82\xb7 Supervise design process from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional interior design Job Type: Full-time Pay: \xe2\x82\xb9500,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb9900,000.00 per year Schedule:
