Youll develop creative concepts, designs and strategies that add value and edge to our workplace. On top of this, youll also collaborate with regional offices to help improve their interior design capabilities, staff and technical expertise.

• Being on top of creative design
• Identify design standards and manage the documentation for design, tenders and construction process from concept to completion.
• Influencing team members
• Serve as mentor to the design team and help them realize their full potential.
• You are also expected to work well in a multi-cultural, multilingual team environment.

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications.Desired experience and technical skillsRequired

• An authority in creative design & should be B Arch.
• The ideal candidate has a degree in interior design, architecture, or related field, and at least 8 - 10 years experience in workplace or corporate interior projects, & Hospitality either consultancy or design and build.
• Likewise, were looking for someone knowledgeable in various software including AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Need to manage the International & local consultants.
