Job Description

- Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies for residential real estate projects, analysing site conditions, market trends, and financial viability. o Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and input for feasibility studies. o Prepare comprehensive reports outlining project potential, constraints, and recommendations for decision-making

- Architect and Consultant Selection: Identify and evaluate architects and allied technical consultants with expertise in residential real estate projects. o Review portfolios, credentials, and references of potential architects and consultants. o Lead the selection process, including interviews, negotiations, and finalizing contracts with chosen professionals.

- Team Management: Recruit, hire, and onboard design team members, including architects, interior designers, and other relevant professionals. o Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to the design team. o Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and continuous improvement. Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Project Management: Oversee the design phase (feasibility to delivery) of residential real estate projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, sales, and marketing, to align design objectives with project requirements. o Coordinate and communicate effectively with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

- Design Quality Assurance: Review and approve architectural and design plans, ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and project specifications. o Conduct regular design reviews to maintain consistency, quality, and design integrity across projects. o Implement best practices and industry standards in design processes and methodologies.
