DESIGN INTERN

Indigifts (Indibni Private Limited) is looking for a Graphic Designer Team Lead, who can plan, manage the graphics and multimedia along with the health of the Brand at all social channels, marketplaces and self-commerce.

Role Overview:

As a Product Design Intern, you will play a crucial role in helping to ideate, design, and bring life to products that align with our brand vision. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research, and translate insights into functional, visually compelling designs. This role demands a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Design:

Develop innovative product ideas aligned with brand themes and market trends.

Create sketches, prototypes, and final product designs ensuring functionality and appeal.

Research and Insights:

Conduct in-depth research on customer preferences, gifting trends, and competitors.

Incorporate feedback and insights to refine designs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with teams across marketing, production, and operations to ensure cohesive product development.

Aesthetic Development:

Maintain a strong focus on the brand's aesthetic identity while experimenting with fresh ideas.

Stay updated with trends in design, materials, and packaging.

Continuous Learning:

Stay curious and open to feedback to improve design skills.

Adapt to new tools, technologies, and workflows to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

A degree/diploma in Product Design, Textile design, Industrial Design, or related fields.

Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, aesthetic sense, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CoralDraw, Sketch, or similar software.

Excellent understanding of materials, colors, and finishes.

Open-mindedness to feedback, learning, and collaboration.

Ability to balance multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Experience in the gifting or lifestyle industry (preferred but not mandatory).

ELIGIBILITY (Must Read)

• Experience in the gifting or lifestyle industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Enthusiastic about design
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Design
• Basic proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Strong creativity and attention to detail

REMUNERATION:

Stipend upto 15K
