Job Title: Design Intern

Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our DE - Design department as a Design Intern. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about design and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional setting. The Design Intern will work closely with our team of experienced designers and assist in various design projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and innovative designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website banners.
2. Assist in the development and execution of design concepts for new product launches, ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
3. Conduct research on current design trends and industry best practices to contribute fresh ideas and concepts to design projects.
4. Support the design team in creating mock-ups and prototypes for client presentations and internal review.
5. Assist in the production and editing of videos and animations for marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
6. Maintain organized files and documentation of design assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for future use.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure design projects are aligned with overall business objectives.
8. Stay up-to-date with emerging design software and tools, and actively participate in training sessions to enhance design skills.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2. Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
6. A portfolio showcasing previous design work and demonstrating creativity and technical skills.
7. Knowledge of video editing software and animation tools is a plus.
8. Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also being a team player.

Note: This is a full-time internship position with a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance.
