Required Skills: Project Management, Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Team Leading experience in a design driven role, Define the KRAs & KPIs for the Design

JOB SCOPE:

Lead a team of designers across cities and own the designing, implementation & execution of all Decor projects to achieve the best customer experience

Build processes to standardize and optimise the operations of the Design team and ensure tracking & adherence to these processes

Understand and analyse the customer personas & requirements to come up with relevant offerings for each customer segment

Define the KRAs & KPIs for the Design team across Geos with the tracking & feedback mechanism

Liaison with the Sales, Operations, Marketing & other teams to ensure smooth end-to-end execution of projects

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Textile Design, Event Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Team Leading experience in a design driven role or organization

A creative mind-set with a passion for keeping up with the latest design trends and continuously seeking inspiration.

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle unexpected changes or challenges.

Pay: Up to ?2,000,000.00 per year
