for Design LeadSeeking a highly experienced design leader with a Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree inDesign or related field and 10+ years of New Product Development/ResidentialCabinetry experience. Must excel in team leadership, design strategy, cross-functionalcollaboration, visual identity, user experience, and client interaction. Responsibilitiesinclude team leadership, design strategy implementation, cross-functionalcollaboration, client interaction, showcase projects development, trend awareness,and budget management.Skill / Qualifications:\xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Design, Architecture or related field.\xe2\x97\x8f 10+ years of ongoing experience in a design leadership role, preferably in thecontext of New Product Development/Leading Residential Cabinetry Projects.\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience in managing and leading design teams for showrooms &product development.\xe2\x97\x8f Strong portfolio showcasing successful project leadership and collaborationwith external designers.\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth knowledge of Material application, design strategies, userexperience, and visual identity development.\xe2\x97\x8f In-depth knowledge of design principles, user experience (UX), and userinterface (UI) design.\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and presentation skills.\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into tangible design solutions.\xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup, Figma, etc.)\xe2\x97\x8f Readiness to undertake work related trips PAN India.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership:\xe2\x97\x8f Oversee and spearhead the operations of the Design team within the NPD andShowroom Department.\xe2\x97\x8f Provide guidance and mentorship to designers, fostering a collaborative andproductive work environment.2. Design Strategy:\xe2\x97\x8f Develop and implement design strategies for current and upcoming products.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensure creative consistency is maintained throughout the design anddevelopment stages.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of products.\xe2\x97\x8f Engage in cross-functional collaboration to integrate design seamlessly intothe overall product development process.4. Visual Identity and User Experience:\xe2\x97\x8f Shape the visual identity and user experience of products and services.\xe2\x97\x8f Maintain a keen focus on user-centric design principles.5. Collaboration:\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with renowned designers and artists to pitch and develop colossalprojects & products.\xe2\x97\x8f Establish and maintain relationships with external creative professionals.\xe2\x97\x8f Attend and pitch-in for various PR activities related to architectures anddesigns on behalf of the company.6. Client Interaction and Project Leadership:\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and interact with High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients.\xe2\x97\x8f Lead showcase projects of HNI clients from design conceptualisation toclosure, ensuring client satisfaction.7. Showcase Projects and Showrooms:\xe2\x97\x8f Strategise and develop showcase client projects and showrooms on an annualbasis.\xe2\x97\x8f Curate an impactful and engaging showcase of the company\'s designcapabilities.8. Trend Awareness and Technical Understanding:\xe2\x97\x8f Foster a creative environment by introducing the design team to industrytrends.\xe2\x97\x8f Understand the technicalities of design-production parameters within thecompany.9. Budget Management:\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively plan & manage design budgets.
