Job Description

#### :


1. To identify the entire Furniture range that is acceptable to the target market in coordination with other department and sales and marketing team to create the right product presence.

2. Build projects from concept and product benchmarking, through to prototyping, design specification to part approval and final production.

Ensure that the final design details, product specification and pre- production samples are reviewed.

3. Work with junior designers and engineers to all aspect of the development and product implementation process.

4. Oversee, guide, and direct the product development, production processes and implementation of quality standards.

5. Coordinate with PPC team to overcome design challenges and come up with cost effective solution.

6. Factory visits to check the prototypes before production.

EDUCATION: -

Master in Furniture and Interior Design from a recognized institute with 5 years' experience into designing of furniture for home and office. Should be strong on design techniques. Should be strong on 2D / 3D Software. Should possess strong supervisory skill. Should be having excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
