Preparation of 3D Models using UG NX, Solid works for WES Projects
Preparation of 2D manufacturing drawings (Detailing) as per DEC Standardization practices & SOPs
Design & BOM preparation of Enclosures using Pro-E/Creo/Solidworks (Consoles, Control Panels etc.)
Regularization of Pro-E models in Solidworks & PLM for Platform Management Systems (PMS)
Preparation of release sheets (regularization of Hardware items) for PMS portfolio
Preparation of process connection diagram for Sensors (Piping & instrumentation Diagram)

Area of Exposure/Work background: * Hands on experience of CAD (2D & 3D) for min. 3 years

Preparation of detail designing & BOM for manufacturing, Layout drawings
Knowledge of Enclosure Design, fair understanding of IP ratings, various tests like Drop test, scratch test etc.
Awareness of fabrication & machining processes, GD&T
