Responsibilities & Requirements:

Prior Experience in Designing, Modelling & Detailed drawing, Valves Design is preferable.
Conversant with various design and FEA tools like Solid Works and ANSYS.
Knowledge in International Standards like ASME B16.34, ASME B16.5, ASME Y14.5, ISA 75.08 Series, ASTM A216, ASTM A351 etc.
Proficient in Mechanical Engineering core subjects. Computer-Aided-Design (2D&3D). Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing.
Ability to understand and analyze any technical concept.
Ability to analyse and Provide solutions to technical issues.
Preparing Technical Documents like standard operating procedure (SOP), Assembly procedure and installation and operation manual (IOM).
Knowledge about Pneumatic Accessories and Linear Actuators.
Knowledge in BOM through ERP systems such as Oralcle P11i, SAP.
Knowledge about different ASTM Material grade is preferable.
Knowledge in GAD and Cross Section Drawings.
BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
Minimum 2 to 4 Years
