We are seeking a skilled Design Engineer to join our team in the development and manufacturing of different kinds of plastic welding machines (ultrasonic plastic wewlding, spin welding, hotplate welding etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and a passion for innovative design solutions. CAD/CAM Software deep & advance knowledge (SOLIDWORKS). Key Responsibilities:
- Design Development: Design and develop new & different kinds of plastic welding machines and components to meet customer requirements and industry standards.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing designs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Mechanical Design: Create detailed mechanical designs for different kinds of plastic welding machines on Solidworks.
- Prototyping and Testing: Design and build prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
- Documentation and Communication: Prepare detailed design documentation and communicate design concepts effectively to cross-functional teams.
- Education: Diploma/Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in mechanical design and development.
- Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, CAD software(Solidworks), and finite element analysis (FEA) and computational fluid dynamics (CFD).
