• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and other similar tools.
• Experience in designing security systems to ensure the safety and security of retail environments.
• Competence in CAD modeling to visualize and plan design projects effectively.
• Experience in prototyping to test and refine designs before full-scale production.
• Ability to create technical drawings that communicate design specifications to manufacturing and construction teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address design challenges and ensure functional and efficient outcomes.

• B.E/ B.Tech in any field

• Develop detailed designs and layouts using AutoCAD and other design software to meet project specifications.
• Support loss prevention team by incorporating design elements that mitigate risks and enhance security.
• Implement security system designs to ensure the safety and protection of retail spaces and assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, security, and merchandising, to integrate design solutions effectively.
• Conduct site visits and assessments to understand design requirements and constraints.
• Produce technical drawings and specifications that guide the construction and implementation phases of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design technology to ensure innovative and state-of-the-art solutions.
