Design Engineer (AutoCAD)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with expertise in AutoCAD to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, modifying, and managing engineering designs and drawings using AutoCAD. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Design and Drafting:

• Create detailed engineering drawings and designs using AutoCAD software.
• Develop and modify 2D and 3D models based on project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all drawings and designs.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Assurance:

• Review and verify design drawings for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections of design work to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Implement and maintain design best practices and standards.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of designs.
• Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall design quality.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AutoCAD software and design techniques.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance design processes and improve efficiency.
• Implement innovative design solutions to address complex engineering challenges.

Qualifications:Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of [X] years of experience in engineering design and drafting, with a strong focus on AutoCAD.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) is mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
