Job Description

We are an aerospace company into design and manufacturing of critical components.

1. Understand the requirements and develop 3D model and 2D drawings

2. Study the existing product and reverse-engineer to improve the performance of the product.

3. Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.

4. Conduct design reviews to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.

5. Should have basic knowledge of tooling, fixtures and jigs used in the manufacturing process.

6. Knowledge of manufacturing/production/assembly processes would be a plus.

7. Carryout product performance analysis before finalisation of the design.

Required Skill Sets

1. Should be good in engineering mechanics & theory of machines.

2. Should have good knowledge of engineering and design principles.

3. Minimum 2 years experience in precision parts designing with upto 10 microns precision.

4. Good understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic and aerodynamic theories.

5. Should have minimum 2 years of hands-on experience on AutoCAD and Solidworks. Experience on the 3D modelling softwares like Catia and Creo will be treated as additional credential.

6. Candidate is required to have good knowledge of various types of material like metal, composite, ABS etc.

7. Candidate has to independently handle all the engineering design documents as per the AS9100 standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
