: Design Engineer

Education: Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 3 to 4 years

Positions: 3

Skills:

Proficiency in 3D concept development

Knowledge of DFM & DFA principles

Proficiency in Creo and SAP

Strong understanding of GD&T drawing standards

Experience with manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOM creation

Knowledge of machine elements and systems (Ball screws, LM guide ways, Motors, Bearings)

Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant systems

Excellent documentation skills, including machine manuals

Problem solving and analytical thinking

Basic machine design calculations proficiency

Responsibilities:

Develop 3D designs for mechanical components and systems

Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability and assembly

Create detailed GD&T drawings and specifications

Generate accurate manufacturing drawings, assembly drawings, and BOMs

Design hydraulic, pneumatic, and coolant systems

Prepare comprehensive machine manuals and technical documentation

Collaborate with teams to resolve design issues

Ensure designs meet quality and safety standards
