Job Brief

We are looking for competent Mechanical Design and Production Engineer to:

a) to design and develop components, systems using CAD Software like SolidWorks

b) plan the production, work independently and manage the workforce to give quality outputs

c) monitor and report on the company's inventory

Your job is important since the efficient handling of the company's workforce, products and supplies is critical for the attainment of our business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design Engineer:

a) Design and develop mechanical systems or components

b) To work during the entire lifecycle of a project as a mechanical design lead

c) Liaise with clients and the manufacturing team to bring the brief to life through machine design projects

d) Monitor and document the design process, while managing the schedule and budgets for the project

e) Should be well versed in using engineering drawing softwares like Solid works

Production Manager:

a) Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines

b) Monitor production to resolve issues

c) Ensure output meets quality standards

a) Ability to accurately track production and create reports

b) An analytical mind with strong math skills

c) Excellent organizational and planning skills

d) Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Factory Location

The selected candidate will have a one-month training period at our Dombivli factory. We prefer candidates staying near the Dombivli-Kalyan region.
