Design Engineer

Experience required: 1-5 Years

Qualification required: B.E. / B. Tech - Mechanical / Production

Job Location: Thane

Must to have skills: Sheet Metal design/ Commercial Appliances /NPD / SolidWorks/HVAC

Job Responsibilities:

1. Understand the requirements and work with different teams.

2. Create design concept and detail engineering

3. Design considering manufacturability, cost, performance and durability.

4. Conduct design review to improve product performance and resolve technical issues.

5. Knowledge in GD&T, stack up analysis, different industrial standards like ANSI, JIS, DIN etc.

6. Good knowledge in Tooling, fixture and jigs would be a plus.

7. Knowledge of manufacturing / production / assembly processes would be a plus.

8. Hands-on experience in various manufacturing processes would be a plus.

Desired Skill Set:

1. 1-2 years of experience with Commercial Kitchen Appliances, Ovens, Grills, commercial RefrigeratorFreezer, Visi Coolers, Soda Dispensers, product experience preferred.

2. Candidate should be sound communication skills, able to work with onsite Engineer and customer front ending.

3. Candidate expertise in sheet metal, medium plastic knowledge preferred.

4. Hands on experience in part modelling, Tubing routing module, preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?500,000.00 per year
