Job Title: Design Engineer Civil and Electrical (2 Openings) - Retired PersonnelSalary: \xe2\x82\xb950,000 per monthWe are currently seeking retired professionals for the positions of Design Engineer in Civil and Electrical disciplines. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in our team, bringing their wealth of experience and expertise to contribute to our projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive experience in Civil or Electrical engineering to provide design expertise and support for railway projects.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed design plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits and surveys as necessary to gather relevant data for design purposes.
• Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and other team members to address design-related issues and ensure project success.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Retired personnel with a minimum of 2 years of experience in SSE or equivalent grade and above in the Civil/Electrical/S&T Engineering department of Railways.
• Alternatively, experience as Surveyor and above in the Civil/Electrical/S&T Engineering department of organizations such as RITES, IRCON, RVNL, Konkan Railway, MRVC, DFCCIL, or any JVs/SPVs with the Ministry of Railways, or Metro Rail Corporations.
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools.
