Role Summary: This position is responsible for drafting basic documents like P&IDs, Wiring diagrams, layouts, etc., and other project-related documents for various Flowserve Projects as per contract against specific customer orders. The individual is required to coordinate with Design engineers to ensure overall quality and on\xe2\x80\x90time delivery of customer submittals. Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Performs work that is varied and complex, under direct supervision. Consistently applies knowledge of functional concepts and prior experience to work assignments.
• Gather all relevant information for each assignment, review all the inputs, understand scope of work, and complete the assigned task by meeting or exceeding customer expectations
• Timely update status to all the stakeholders.
• Follow established engineering standards and procedures for product design to produce consistent and reliable results related to Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Deliver clear and complete drawings/analysis reports/ documentation/part list, as per the deliverables of the assignment, ensuring On-time delivery and quality.
• Maintain and develop technical and other interpersonal skills, always in full compliance with company policies, using the resources productively and innovatively.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience / Skills:

• Excellent ability to read and understand engineering drawings/documents
• To understand and revise various instrumentation documents like P&IDs, Wirings, and other basic documents using Autodesk products/software and Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of creating the project documents like instrument lists, I/O lists, etc. using Microsoft tools.
• Experience in INtools software and ISA standards for the Creation of Instrument Datasheets for various instruments like Pressure, Temperature, Level, vibration will be preferable.
• To Understand and be able to read the project documents and support the Engineers in the team to update electrical and instrumentation documents related to various projects.
• Knowledgeable in solid works and the creation of a Bill of materials (BOM) related to Instrumentation and controls would be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Intools.
• Good knowledge of field instruments, Utility, and electricals with Installation knowledge
• Team player, who is highly self-motivated
• Highly committed and quick learner
• Timely responsiveness to internal & external customers
• Listen attentively and understand job information clearly
• Evaluate work, sets priorities, and quickly focuses on most critical needs
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Communicate professionally and with accepted business etiquette; work well with people in other departments and with customers
• Experienced user of computer programs like Windows, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Qualification and Experience:

• Graduate with min 1\xe2\x80\x902 years of experience or Diploma with min 2\xe2\x80\x904 years of experience in Instrumentation Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering with knowledge of Instrumentation/Electrical engineering preferably from the pump / rotary equipment Industry.
