Westbridge turnkey DPE LLP
Position: Design Draftsman
Experience: 2-4 yrs
:
Coordinate with MEP, Interior ,BIM and other consultants.
Developing design, GFC, shop drawings.
Coordinating with site engineers, contractors and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and comply with building codes and regulations.
Conduct Site visits to monitor progress and to ensure constructions meets design specification.
Stay updated on industry trends, technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master degree in architecture.
3-4 years' experience in architectural design construction.
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Revit, ) and other relevant design tools.
Knowledge of building codes, regulations and sustainability principles.
You will work closely with consultants, MEP teams, engineers and other team members to produce accurate and precise drawings that meet project requirements and deadlines.
Work experience in HOTEL/ resort/ Villa projects. (PLUS POINT)
