Job Description

Job Title: Draftsman

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Drawings:

Create detailed technical drawings and schematics for various types of fasteners (bolts, nuts, screws, etc.).

Use CAD software to produce 2D and 3D models.

Design Support:

Collaborate with engineers to refine designs based on project requirements and materials.

Modify existing designs to improve performance or reduce costs.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of drawings, specifications, and revisions.

Prepare reports and documentation for production and quality assurance teams.

Quality Control:

Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations.

Assist in testing and evaluating prototypes to verify functionality and durability.

Communication:

Liaise with production teams to address any issues that arise during manufacturing.

Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that materials meet design specifications.

Research:

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements related to fasteners.

Analyze competitor products to inform design improvements.

Required Skills:

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).

Attention to Detail: Precision in creating and reviewing technical drawings.

Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot design issues effectively.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
