Job Description

:Function
Carrying out coordination within EDRC and site.
Assist Head \xe2\x80\x93 EDRC for design delivery to Approvers and Site team.
Coordinate with Project Directors/Managers and Planning Managers for design delivery and design support from EDRC.
Interaction with Client /Client\xe2\x80\x99s Engineer for obtaining Approvals of the design and drawings.
Attending the review meetings with Client / PMC / Site Management / EDRC.
Duties/Responsibilities
Coordinate within EDRC for design delivery as per agreed delivery schedule
Pursue with External Consultants (Proof, Safety, Authority / Independent Engineers) for approvals of design submitted by Design Team (EDRC or Design Consultants)
Provide updates to Head-EDRC / EDRC Chennai team/ Project Director, BU Team on the design status and potential approval issues.
Technical support to site team in the construction and procurement activities.
Preparing Hurdle map to mitigate the same for smooth delivery of the design and drawings.
Coordinate with Head-EDRC for design delivery of various projects and pursue for resource allocation.
Authorities
Authorised to interact with Project Directors/Managers, Heads of various departments for design delivery.
Authorised to interact and deal with Proof Consultants, Safety Consultants, Authority / Independent Engineers and Client and their team members to progress with design approvals.
Authorised to Technically facilitate between vendors for products and services and EDRC members.
Authorised to deal with invoicing from external consultants.
Interfaces
Coordinate with all EDRC disciplines, Design Consultants, Procurement department and various Project sites.
