Position: BOM Controller Location: Gokul Shirgoan Kolhapur Reporting: Plant Head Experience: 2 - 5 yr(s). Location: Kolhapur Responsibilities: Responsible for ensuring Bill of Materials (BOM) specification is aligned with the appropriate product description to ensure that the business can plan, cost, and manufacture its products accurately and effectively. Leading the audit of Engineering BOMs vs Manufacturing BOMs vs actual build, noting significant errors that may result in shortages or cost discrepancies, communicating as appropriate, and updating Engineering BOMs as required. Maintaining BOMs to capture engineering changes, procurement or supplier changes, general updates, BoM maturity, etc. distribute to the Team, and help feed into the MRP system by providing support as required Help to define and agree with the Engineering Team on the drawing requirements to support the initial drawing release Work closely with key business stakeholders including Engineering, to ensure that BOM lists are constantly maintained and evolve in line with recent modifications or changes Requirement: Minimum of a bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering Proven track record in creating and management of complex BOMs with a design and manufacturing environment MRP/ERP system experience Strong analytical skills Working in PLM will be an advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 450,000.00 - 500,000.00 per year Benefits:
