Digital Design Associate We\'re looking for a graphic designer and marketing enthusiast to join our growing content and design team! As a part of the role, the candidate will work with clients from various industries, on different aspects of their digital marketing requirements, specifically graphic design. Our ideal candidate is creative, works well in teams, has a flair for language and can visually bring ideas to life! This role has been created to help provide an overall perspective of digital marketing, with the opportunity for the candidate to grow in the graphic design vertical. Note : This is a full-time role but if you\'re looking for a part-time role, please reach out to us. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree, preferably in English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication Liberal Arts, Fine Arts, or Design and Communication Excellent command of spoken and written English 1-2 years of professional graphic designing experience An updated portfolio of previous design work Proficient with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Experience with other design software is a plus Ability to conduct thorough secondary research A thorough understanding of current social media trends and collaborations, especially on Instagram Research and create brand-specific designs for blogs, webpages, infographics, social media posts, flyers and more as required by the client Create visually engaging graphics for various platforms that complement written content Ensure graphics are created keeping in mind typography, layout and composition, the brand\'s colour palette and graphic style while following the brand\'s content and visual style guide Brainstorm and collaborate with the Co-founders and clients to create and post graphics in a timely manner, according to the monthly content calendar Schedule and post content on various platforms as needed Assist in influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations Follow social media and digital marketing trends, and stay updated on industry news
