1 Team Lead Design 8+ Years Min B.Arch Pune Highrise Projects, Pune Bylaws, BArch.2 Sr Architect Design 5+ Years Min B.Arch Pune Highrise Projects, Pune Bylaws, BArch.3 Architect Design 3+ Years Min B.Arch Pune Highrise Projects, Pune Bylaws, BArch.4 Sr Draughtsman Design 5+ Years Diploma/ BE Pune Highrise Projects, Pune Bylaws.The Senior Architect in an architectural firm holds a senior-level position and plays a critical role in overseeing and contributing to architectural projects.Scope:This position requires a high level of expertise, technical knowledge, design proficiency, and leadership capabilities. The Senior Architect is responsible for guiding design teams, providing architectural solutions, ensuring project quality, and serving as a mentor to junior architects.1 Holistic understanding of the site2 Collaborate for Concept drawings as per Design inputs from Team Lead / Design Director / Principal architect3 Prepare story board for design workshop Presentation4 Prepare Presentation for design workshop5 Update Drawings as per client inputs6 Check signoff drawings as per checklist and ANA standards7 Prepare Presentation for final signoff8 Prepare GFMD and coordinate with municipal department in order to finalize the feasibility report9 Prepare schematic drawings for consultant10 Co-ordination with consultant & clients with resepct to deliverables & timelines11 Study and implement inputs given by consultants12 Check schematic drawings as per checklist and ANA standards13 Prepare and finalise DD1 drawings14 Check DD1 drawings as per checklist and ANA standards15 Prepare and finalise DD2 drawings16 Check DD2 drawings as per checklist and ANA standards17 Periodic site visits to check execution as per drawings provided18 Environmental Clearance meetings and drawing work (if needed)Responsibility - Operations1 Internal meeting with PM and other team members2 Saving all the work on server3 Guide architects in his/her Design and Technical Knowledge4 Inspire and motivate the team, fostering a productive work environment.
