Mechanical engineer with 3-5 years of experience into Refrigeration and air conditioning / HVAC design and development

Skills: 1. Must have the solid knowledge of Refrigeration and air conditioning / HVAC 2 Knowledge of CAD / CREO / SolidWorks software 3. Must have the ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and perform complex tests 4. Able to communicate well to other members of the development team, customers and other department team. 5. Good analytical skills and decision making ability 6. Ability to work as an individual and also in a team as and when required 7. Work well even under pressure to meet deadlines 8. Should be good in preparing documentation of the projects 9. Should be able to visit customer sites all over India and stay for long time on site Preferred: 1. ISO9001:2018 Quality Management system knowledge 2. Prior experience of designing cold room, deep freezers and HVAC projects 3. Knowledge of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) codes and regulations for refrigeration systems Responsibilities: 1. Work on the designing, assist programming, simulation and testing of new and existing Refrigeration and Air conditioning / HVAC designs 2. To prepare BOM, BOQ, drawings, Material Specifications and process flow chart of the new products development 3. To implement poka-yoke, standardization, FMEA, Kaizen, material cost reduction etc. in the design stage 4. To work closely with Production, Quality and Customer service team to design and develop a fail proof product 5. To train the Production, Quality and Customer Service team for refrigeration and air conditioning 6. To keep the records of all testing protocols 7. To visit customer sites to attend and troubleshoot the problems 8. To attend customer calls and provide them remote online support
