Job Role:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dermatologist to lead our clinics across Rajasthan.
• As the Head of Clinics, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our branches, providing expert dermatological care, and ensuring optimal patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinic Visits: Regularly visit all branches across Rajasthan to assess operations, patient care, and staff performance.
• Patient Consultation: Conduct comprehensive consultations with patients, accurately diagnosing skin and hair conditions, and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
• Clinical Procedures: Perform a wide range of dermatological procedures, including but not limited to:
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of dermatologists, dermatologists assistants, and other staff members to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain stringent quality control standards to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and best practices.
• Client Management: Build strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
• Signing Authority: Act as a signing authority for Derma Magnetica, authorizing documents and agreements as required.
• Mole removal
• Acne treatments
• Skin biopsies
• Laser therapies
• Hair transplant procedures

Qualifications and Skills:

• DNB/ DDVL/ DVD/ FAADV Can Apply.
• Proven experience in clinical dermatology and managing a team.
• Excellent diagnostic and treatment skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
