Job Overview :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Sales Manager to join our team in Trivandrum and Kochi . The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. As the Deputy Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth, managing sales teams, and ensuring that sales objectives are met efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and targets.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to perform at their best, ensuring that team targets are met.
• Monitor and report on the sales performance of the team, offering guidance and support to improve productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to expand the customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets, and work towards expanding the company's presence in the region.
• Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management, tracking performance and recommending improvements.
• Ensure the training and development of the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate with other departments (marketing, customer service, etc.) to ensure smooth sales operations and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Resolve any customer complaints or issues that arise during the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings , presentations , and other corporate events as required.
