Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of 20+ sales professionals.
- Foster a positive and high-performance culture within the team.
- Collaborate with the Regional Head to set strategic objectives and ensure effective execution.
2. Business Development Strategy:
- Work closely with the Regional Head to develop and implement business development strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends to drive business growth.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Drive the achievement of sales targets and revenue goals for the region.
- Develop and maintain key client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and business sustainability.
4. Market Expansion:
- Lead efforts to expand market presence in the region, exploring new territories and customer segments.
- Develop and implement market entry strategies to maximize growth opportunities.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to ensure seamless coordination and achievement of overall organizational objectives.
6. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Implement metrics and KPIs to measure the performance of the Business Development team.
- Regularly analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales management role, with a focus on leading teams of 20 or more.
- Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
