Job Description

Designation:- Deputy Project Manager- Civil

Roles & Responsibilities:- He will be responsible for Project planning, materials and costs planning & preparing estimates. Finding sub-contractors, Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies, Oversee and mentor staff and liaise with a variety of stakeholders, Handle over the resulting structures and services for use, Monitor progress and compile reports in project status. the DPM will guide the team on foundation work of substation, Control room building, Cable trench, Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other), Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications, Assess potential risks.

Reporting to:- Project Manager

Position reporting into this role:- Project Engineer

Key Result Areas

• Project planning
• Coordinating with Electrical DPMs
• Have to complete work in time deadline
• Co-ordinating with relevant project site person
• Providing technical assistant
• Coordinating with Sub-contractor(Planning, Execution and Billing)
• Coordinating with Government Officers through phone call, Mails, letters and face to face meeting
• Local Liaisoning And Documentation

Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering

Required Skills: A travel friendly person, good with drawing interpretation, planning and decision making abilities, good with coordination, Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design, Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.

Work Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience required (Experience in electrical projects of substations & transmission line's foundation work is must.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
