• Roles & Responsibilities
• Overall supervision of nursing activities throughout the organization and across all the centres under purview.
• Manpower planning of nursing staff for the present and future activities/ expansions.
• Coordinating with the other administrative departments for smooth functioning of patient care activities.
• Supervising the staff allocation patterns and providing suggestions for optimum utilization of human resources.
• Putting forward policies and procedures related to nursing care in consultation with the clinicians.
• Updating, reviewing and issuing the documented nursing protocols to the staff.
• Discussing the issues related to nursing care and the consumables used by the nursing staff with the management.
• Monitoring Quality Indicators and providing the information to the appropriate committee or personnel.
• Going on day-to-day rounds to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing care.
• Collecting all the incident reports and analysing them to find the Root Cause Analysis.
• Organizing Continual Nursing Education activities.
• Arranging for sending the nurses for external training sessions/ seminars/workshops/ lectures, etc.
• Correcting/counseling and educating the staff in the event of errors/ mistakes/ complaints/ negligence reported.
• Participating and contributing to the discussions related to patient care and other hospital-related through various meetings, especially through committee meetings.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSc Nursing/Bsc Nursing) from a recognized university (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of clinical experience in a reputable hospital.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
• Strong teaching and mentorship abilities, emphasizing accuracy and adherence to protocols in medical record keeping.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and information systems,.
• In-depth knowledge of NMC, NABH, and MRD standards and accreditation processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Rajendra Nagar, Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Master's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 7 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Msc Nursing (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
