Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Manage OEM Partners entire lifecycle to get increment growth month on month in laptop category


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Engage with OEM partners to build and strengthen relationships Managing and delivering high volume growth and profitability from key OEM partners Design and execute promotion schemes program campaigns with OEM partners Responsible for business continuity & coverage Responsible for subvention receivables within TAT Responsible for driving BFL capabilities with brands Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of OEM partners are timely addressed. Responsible for various partner communications in terms of reporting & analysis Responsible for Reconciliations & Credit Note Issuance Identify revenue leakages in the system and devise processes to stop revenue leakages Ensure sustained revenue growth Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue Ensuring highest levels of employee relationship motivation & engagement to drive results & High levels of employee Satisfaction Ensuring legal guidelines are complied with OEMs 4. MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Managing Laptop brands business volumes & subvention collection month on month basis Managing BFL & brands sales team engagement for volume growth Ensure sustained subvention growth Ensure business continuity Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Decisions related to business growth with consent of senior management 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Coordinate with various departments like ARU Marketing Finance QC COE Credit Ops Legal etc. within the organization to ensure all requirements of OEM partners are timely addressed. External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work OEM Partners 7. Required Qualifications and Experience
* Educational Qualifications Postgraduate with 8-10 years of experience in B2B Account Management Work Experience Candidate should be management graduate with 8-10 years of work experience Excellent relationship skills and analytical skills Advance MS Office /Power Point skills must Excellent communication and Negotiation skills Strong follow up skills Demonstrated success & achievement orientation Exceptionally high motivational levels
