Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
• Ensure quality of Tractors through Product & Process audits of Tractor Assembly and Paint shop & PTCED shop
• Good knowledge of sheet metal & plastic components.
• Support CQA for improving Field Quality of Tractors & implementation of warranty projects.
• Resolution of Concerns reported in New products (Seeding Batch and Pilot Batch) through O-R-C mechanism.
• Engine & transmission Aggregate assembly functional Knowledge is essential
• New product & process handling knowledge
• Analysing customer complaints, Assembly line rejection, Supplier parts analysis and taking corrective actions, Standardizing all the Quality Procedure.
• Experience in Quality assurance function in assembly plant
• Continuous process improvements (KAIZENS) to achieve consistent product quality.
• Implementation of POKA-YOKES to eliminate human error.
• Monitoring and ensuring adherence to processes with SOP/SOS by periodic process audit, SPC and MSA studies.
• Responsible for Engineering Change Management Process,
• Smooth launch of new model / new variants
• Exposure to Quality management systems like ISO 9001, TS 16949, TPM
