  • As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will manage the Talent Acquisition lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping hiring manager find quality talent on time while working in close collaboration with Sourcing specialist. Being aware of latest market talent trends and sharing knowledge with key stakeholders is critical in building trust and adding value as a business partner. You will assist in driving best practice across the talent acquisition life cycle.
Gaining a sound understanding of business area and developing strong and positive relationships with designated business area stakeholders or hiring managers * Initiate intake meetings to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Work closely with Sourcing specialist to execute impactful recruiting strategies to find candidates and prospect for new business.
  • Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process and lead the successful fulfilment of open requisitions with hiring managers.
  • Follow up on interview process status & timely update candidate records on Applicant tracking System -Eightfold SuccessFactors
  • Host and participate in hiring events and job fairs.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing and assessment tools as per need
  • Qualifications
  • Graduate with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of full cycle recruiting
  • Key Skills: Consulting ability, Stakeholder Management, Organizational and time-management, good verbal & written communication skills.
  • Technology Skills: Boolean search logic, Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, word, ATS -Success Factors, LinkedIn, AI driven Recruitment tech
